Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Medical Centre, Priority Chemist, and DawaSASA.
• Promote healthcare services, including eye care, dental care, and pharmaceutical products, to increase patient engagement and service utilization.
• Manage and analyze marketing campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and improve marketing strategies.
• Organize and manage promotional events, health camps, and awareness campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency and visibility in marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with the Data Protection Act and other industry regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a marketer, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation and campaign management.

Optometrist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction and visual assessments.
• Diagnose and manage visual problems and recommend corrective solutions such as lenses and spectacles.
• Provide expert advice on photochromatic, blue-block, and reader glasses based on individual patient needs.
• Ensure proper fitting and alignment of lenses and spectacles for patients.
• Perform slit lamp examinations and other diagnostic procedures to assess eye health.
• Educate patients on eye care practices and the importance of regular check-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription details.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Licensed by the relevant medical board to practice as an optometrist.
• At least 3 years of experience in an optometry or eye care setting.
• Strong knowledge of eye health assessment techniques and corrective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients.
• High attention to detail and strong diagnostic abilities.
